HI-EURECA-PRO Hackathon on Industrial Heritage: presentations of the results
During the on-site phase of the HI-EURECA-PRO Hackathon on Industrial Heritage, each international team was given a real building in Gliwice's former wire factory and asked to design its "second life", a new, socially useful function grounded in sustainable development and SDG 12 (responsible consumption and production), balancing technical, environmental, social and economic aspects. GliwiTech — From Industrial Heritage to Europe's Digital Future
A redevelopment of the former factory into a sustainable "heritage hub" that pairs a start-up and innovation centre with an on-site data centre, a green roof and energy-smart design, linking industrial heritage to Europe's digital future.
